Burland Ranchettes is more than a neighborhood — it's a community. Here's how we work together to keep it thriving.
Burland Ranchettes has partnered with Fire Adapted Park County (FAPCo), formerly Fire Adapted Bailey (FAB) to help our residents with education about wildfire preparedness and emergency preparation. We support residents in preparing for wildfire and other mountain emergencies. The mitigation reimbursement program helps members and friends reduce fire risk on their properties.
The HOA supports the Senior Alliance of Platte Canyon, which provides services and programs for senior residents in our mountain community.
The HOA has an agreement with Pacific Coast Towers (PCT) for the management and control of the communications towers located atop Mt. Bailey. PCT now manages all aspects of the tower structures and associated buildings. The HOA receives a revenue share for all of the lease agreements on the tower. This is a meaningful and often-overlooked source of support for everything we do in the community.
Volunteers power the events that keep Burland Ranchettes connected. There's always a way to get involved — volunteers are always welcome!
