Your community park at the foot of Mt. Bailey is available to all Burland Ranchettes residents and their guests! The park features a covered pavilion with tables, playgrounds, basketball court, and access to the Mt. Bailey trail.
A shaded gathering spot with tables, comfortably holding about 80 guests.
Multiple picnic tables throughout the park for casual use.
Playground equipment for kids and a basketball court.
The trailhead sits just off the park and winds up through the pines.
Pets are welcome on a leash. Please use the pet stations for pet waste only.
Sunrise to sunset. No overnight use. Available to Burland residents and their guests.

Reserving the pavilion, access to electricity and an internet connection, and vehicle access for setup are benefits available only to HOA Members and Friends of the Association.
Book the pavilion for your private event, subject to board approval.

The Mt. Bailey trail offers scenic mountain views and is accessible to hikers of most fitness levels. The trail is available to Burland Ranchettes residents and their guests. The trail begins near the park and winds up through the pines. Trail conditions vary seasonally — always come prepared with water, sun protection, and appropriate footwear. Check for current fire restrictions before your visit. The trail is generally accessible spring through fall. Winter conditions may make it impassable.
