Mitigation Reimbursement Now Online at www.burlandHOA.org

You can now submit your reciepts for Firewise mitigation using the Burland HOA Website.

• Log into the Member Portal and select the Mitigation Reimbursement menu option in the left panel.

• Complete the information in the form. (The system will likely prefill your contact information).

• Upload copies of your receipts. You can scan them or take a picture with your phone. Please make sure that you can read the scan or picture copy before you upload these.

• Add any notes or comments as needed.

• Hit the Submit for Reimbursement button at the bottom of the page.
