Annual Community Picnic

Pack up the family and head down to Weakland-Fawks Park for the Burland HOA Annual Community Picnic— one of the best afternoons of the summer! Whether you've been in the neighborhood for decades or just moved in, this is the perfect chance to get outside, meet your neighbors, and feel what it means to be part of the Burland Ranch community.

The HOA provides hot dogs, hamburgers, and water for everyone. All we ask is that you bring a side dish or dessert to share — potato salad, a veggie tray, brownies, or anything else you love to make. Don't forget to bring your favorite summer beverage!

This event is free and open to all Burland Ranch residents — HOA membership is not required. Bring the whole family and come ready to have a great time.
